Where it comes from
- Sources
- State comptroller, licensing and incorporation systems, currently co_sos · fl_dbpr · la_license · tx_comptroller.
Every signal names the government system it came from.
- Method
- Signals sharing an address collapse into one facility, so a place
filing both a sales-tax permit and a facility licence counts once
and scores higher for it. That fusion is why these counts differ
from any single agency's.
- Cadence
- Polled daily. A filing appears the day the source indexes it.
- Access
- Filings older than 21 days are open, with names and
the source system. Owner contacts, exact addresses and the last
21 days are on the paid feed, capped at
5 seats per buyer category per territory.
